Welcome to EcoSquad Sustainability Services, LLC (“EcoSquad,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, booking services, or purchasing products or subscriptions, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Provided

EcoSquad Sustainability Services provides sustainability consulting, audits, assessments, recommendations, education, and limited non-structural installation services related to energy efficiency, water conservation, waste reduction, indoor air quality, and environmental best practices.

All services are advisory in nature unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. No Guarantees

While EcoSquad strives to provide accurate, effective, and up-to-date sustainability guidance, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

• Utility cost savings

• Energy or water reduction levels

• Regulatory compliance

• Certification approval

• Environmental impact results

Actual results depend on building conditions, occupant behavior, utility rates, and external factors beyond our control.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Prices are listed in USD.

• Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis until canceled.

• EcoSquad reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect services already booked or prepaid.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments canceled with 24 hours’ notice or more may be rescheduled at no charge.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of consulting and on-site services:

• Completed services are non-refundable

• Partial refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

• Subscription services may be canceled at any time, but no prorated refunds are issued for unused time

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property

• Disclose known hazards, building issues, or restrictions

• Follow applicable local laws and regulations related to any recommendations or installations

EcoSquad reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if unsafe conditions are present.

7. Limited Installations

EcoSquad may perform minor sustainability-related installations (such as LED bulbs, aerators, weather stripping, or smart devices).

EcoSquad does not perform structural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or construction work requiring licensed trades unless explicitly stated.

Clients are responsible for securing required permits if applicable.

8. Assumption of Risk

By using our services, clients acknowledge that sustainability assessments and minor installations involve inherent risks. You agree to release EcoSquad from liability for damages not caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• EcoSquad shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, reports, materials, logos, branding, and documents are the intellectual property of EcoSquad Sustainability Services, LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse any materials without written permission.

11. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our website may include links to third-party websites, tools, or services. EcoSquad is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties.

12. Privacy

Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

EcoSquad reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
